Cook for 15 minutes and serve immediately.

In a saucepan, bring to the boil 4 tablespoons of vinegar, ¼ cup water and 1 teaspoon salt until boiling. Let cool for 2 minutes and pour over the chopped ingredients in bowl. Complement with 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley. Serve cold.
In this recipe , the vinegar can be decreased so that the flavor is softer.
